Love is Killing America

GOD LOVES YOU NO MATTER WHAT. Church sign in Bristow, Oklahoma.

Love is killing America.  God does not have unconditional love for the sinner or the saved.  God’s love for the sinner is at a particular place and time.  That place and time is when Jesus Christ suffered and died on a cross at Calvary.  That is the love of God.  The love of God for you is not in Tulsa, Oklahoma in the year 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, etc.  It is at a place called Calvary nearly two thousand years ago outside of Jerusalem in Israel.  This is the place and time that the Son of God loved you enough to die in your place for your sins.  If you want the love of God you have to go back in time to Calvary, where Jesus Christ died for you on a cross.  The ball is in your court.  You need to receive Jesus Christ as your great God and Saviour.  When a sinner receives Jesus Christ as their great God and Saviour, they are receiving the love of God.  When a sinner rejects Jesus Christ as their great God and Saviour, they are rejecting the love of God.  God’s love for a sinner is tied to the suffering and death that Jesus Christ suffered on the cross in the place of the sinner.

John 3:16 (KJV) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Romans 5:8 (KJV) But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

1 John 4:10 (KJV) Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Notice that the love of God toward sinners is associated with the death of Christ.  Jesus Christ did not suffer and die on a cross at Calvary so that you could just keep on sinning.  Jesus Christ did not suffer and die on a cross so that you can IDOLIZE SPORTS, DRINK BEER, RAISE HELL, CRANK UP THE MUSIC and KEEP on sinning.  Jesus Christ suffered and died on a cross in your place to save you from your sins and an eternity in HELL!!!  Jesus Christ died for you to change you from a sinner to a saint.  Jesus Christ died in your place for your sin so that He could give you His righteousness.

Independent Baptist Churches Turning Calvinists-Church in Yukon, Oklahoma

Baptist Churches are not Calvinistic.  However, there seem to be more and more Independent Baptist Churches that have one or more of the pedals of the TULIP listed in their doctrinal statements.  Calvinism is creeping into Independent Baptist Churches.  This is a real danger sign for Independent Baptists.  The first pedal of the TULIP is Total Depravity of Man.  This church in Yukon lists “The Total Depravity of Man” in its doctrinal statement.  There is no such thing as a reformed Baptist Church.  A church is either Baptist or it is Calvinist.  Once a Baptist church becomes Calvinist, it is no longer Baptist.  The leadership of some Independent Baptist Churches are transforming their church from a Baptist church to a Calvinist church.  Most likely this is happening without the consent of the members of the church.  This is much like Rick Warren’s purpose driven churches.  Where the pastor attends one of Rick Warren’s seminars and goes back to his church and starts to slowly make changes over a period of time.  Calvinism works the same way.  Calvinism is a cancer in Baptist churches and will destroy Baptist churches from the inside out.

Mormons Forbid Their People From Carrying in Utah Churches

The Mormons have had a long standing problem with Biblical doctrine, but now they seem to have a problem with the Second Amendment.  This is just further evidence that the Mormons do not understand the Bible.  One problem with the Mormons is that they do a bait and switch routine when it comes to the Bible.  They pretend to believe the King James Bible is the word of God, then they switch to the Book of Mormon.  The truth is that they do not believe the King James Bible.

The Mormon leaders apparently do not trust their people to carry firearms.  Frankly, I agree with their leaders.  I would not trust a bunch of people that do not believe that the King James Bible is the word of God.  I would not trust a bunch of people that reject the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

When it comes to carrying a firearm the problem is with the evil wicked hearts of men, not firearms.  Firearms are just tools that take on the morality of their owners.  The fact that Mormons ban their people from being armed at church is just one more reason not to be a Mormon.

Slave or Servant – Which is Correct in the Bible???

Which is it?  Which is the correct translation of the Bible, slave or servant?  There are those critics of the King James Bible that claim slave is the correct translation of the Greek and that servant in the King James Bible is wrong.

Romans 1:1 (KJV) ¶ Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,

Philippians 1:1 (KJV) ¶ Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus which are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons:

Titus 1:1 (KJV) ¶ Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness;

Was the Apostle Paul a slave or a servant?  In America the word slave has a bad name.  Are you going to tell a black man that he has to be a slave in order to be a Christian?  Yeah, that will go over really well.  A slave is someone that is forced to serve a master that he has no love for, against his will.  If the slave refuses to serve his master he can be beaten or punished in some other way.  In other words he is forced to serve his master and punished if he doesn’t.  A rebellious slave can be sold to another slave owner as well.  The slave is subject to any and all cruelty of his master.  This does not sound like the relationship between the Lord Jesus Christ and the apostle Paul.  The correct and obvious translation of the Greek is servant.  A servant is someone that willing gives up their rights to serve their master.  In the case of the apostle Paul, he willing serves the Lord Jesus Christ because the Lord saved him from an eternity in hell.  Paul serves the Lord Jesus Christ out of love for his great God and Saviour.  A person that serves customers at a restaurant does so because they want to serve their customers.  Even though a waiter is paid to serve customers, they do so willing.  A public servant is an elected official that serves the people that elected them to office.  Servant leadership is a leadership style in corporate America, where management serves the employees that work under them.  A pastor of a church should be the servant of the members of his church.  These are just a few examples of a person that willing serves others.  A servant and a slave are not the same.  The correct translation is servant not slave.

Lies, Lies, Lies, and More Lies

When you read the heading you probably thought that we were talking about politicians.  We are talking about the Bible.  Below is a conversation between a pastor and a Christian about the Bible.

Pastor preaching about the word of God:

I believe the word of God.  I read the word of God. You need to read the word of God.  We need to read God’s blessed book.  We need to memorize God’s blessed book.  We need to live by God’s blessed book.

Christian talking to pastor after the services:   Pastor what do you mean by the word of God?

Pastor:  Well I mean the Bible of course.

Christian:  Which Bible is the word of God?

Pastor:  There are several that are reliable translations.

Christian:  Does reliable mean that these translations are perfect?

Pastor:  No, these translations are only reliable as long as they are translated correctly.  If you want the perfect word of God than only the original manuscripts are perfect.

Christian:  Where can I get copies of the original manuscripts?

Pastor:  There are none.  The original manuscripts do not exist?

Christian:  So none of the translations are perfect and no copies of the originals are available.  So how do I know what the word of God says?

Pastor:  That is why you need me to tell you what the word of God says.  I went to Bible College and I was taught what the word of God says.  I also learned the original languages Hebrew and Greek.

Christian:  Before I was saved, I was a Catholic and that is what the priests taught us.

Pastor: It was real nice talking to you but I need to talk to some of the deacons.  Hope to see you tonight.

Pastor preaching about the word of God:

I believe the word of God.  I read the word of God. You need to read the word of God.  We need to read God’s blessed book.  We need to memorize God’s blessed book.  We need to live by God’s blessed book.  The word of God is the King James Bible.

Christian talking to a King James Bible believing pastor after the services:   Pastor what do you mean by the word of God?

Pastor:  I mean the King James Bible is the perfect, infallible, given by inspiration word of God period.

Christian do you see the difference???  Not all pastors are the same.  Not all pastors believe the same thing about the word of God.

The Two Edged Sword of the Authorized Version of the King James Bible by Perry Demopoulos

LECTURE #5

ADVANCED PROOF

THE TWO-EDGED SWORD OF THE AUTHORIZED VERSION OF THE KING JAMES BIBLE (1611)

the OUTDATED GREEK

By Perry Demopoulos

The material presented here is a simple comparison of verses between the Authorized Version of the King James Bible (1611) and manuscripts. There is a world wide conspiracy of those of the Yea, hath God said’ (Gen. 3:1) Society” that believe you must have, and or either know Greek and Hebrew to better understand what God said. These people have an Alexandrian Cult mentality, whether there source of manuscripts are from Alexandria, Egypt or from Antioch, (from which the King James Bible came). This also could be applied to any and all translators that are translating the Bible into a foreign tongue. Since the Alexandrian, Africa, Egyptian line of manuscripts do not present so much a problem for the average Bible believer to spot it is the men who are promoters of the Textus Receptus (or Received Text) that may give the true Bible believe a bit of a problem. Once they are laid side by side you can spot a ‘TR’ man for what he really is, an Alexandrian at heart (Acts 6:9; 27:6; Isa. 31:1)

Where to Purchase King James Bibles

Church Bible Publishers have high quality King James Bibles for sale.  If you are a King James Bible believer, please do not spend your money at Mardel’s or some other Bible store that does not believe that the King James Bible is the perfect word of God.  The Green family that owns and runs Mardel’s are interested in making money.  They are in the business of selling Bibles.  The whole intent of the new translations is to make money.  The plan by the Bible publishers is that when each new translation comes out, that all the Christians have to buy the newest and greatest translation.  Mardel’s is set up to accommodate the bible publishers with selling their new translations.  Church Bible Publishers sell only one translation in English, the King James Bible.

Calvinism-All Saved the Same-Looking Forward to the Cross-Looking Back to the Cross-Christ’s Disciples Were Not Looking Forward to the Cross

Jesus Christ’s own disciples were not looking forward to the cross.  There are a number of verses that show this.

Matthew 16:21 (KJV) ¶ From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.
Matthew 16:22 (KJV) Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee.
Matthew 16:23 (KJV) But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

Disagreement with William Grady

The above statement was made by William Grady concerning an accusation that Dr. Simpson made about Dr. Peter S. Ruckman.  We take issue with William Grady on his statement.  We agree with William Grady on this statement with the exception of “Peter S. Ruckman, the one man who did more to solidify the King James Only position than any ten other preachers combined”.  We disagree with William Grady on it being only ten preachers combined.  We believe that Dr. Peter S. Ruckman did more than at least 1000 preachers combined to solidify the King James Only position.  We can not be sure of this but maybe the number should be 10,000 instead of 1,000 preachers.

Calvinism-All are Saved the Same-Looking Forward to the Cross-Looking Back to the Cross-Covenant Theology

The above picture is of Kenneth G. Talbot, a Calvinist that teaches all are saved the same in the Bible. Those in the Old Testament are saved looking forward to the cross and those that are alive today are saved by looking back to the cross. This teaching is Covenant theology and is Calvinist. This teaching has been invading Independent Baptist churches for a number of years and Bible Colleges as well. You can see Kenneth Talbot proclaim this teaching in the video The Late Great Planet Church volume one at 1:35:13 to 1:35:49. This video is sold by the NiceneCouncil .com.

There are a number of problems with this teaching.  Chief among these problems is that the teaching is not Biblical.  The second problem is that this teaching is Calvinist.

Hebrews 9:14-20 presents a major problem for the teaching of Covenant Theology.  Hebrews 9:16-17 tells us that a testament is not in effect until after Jesus Christ dies on a cross at Calvary.  It did the Jew or Gentile no good looking forward to the cross.  For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.  For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.  This is an insurmountable problem for Calvinists.  The cross provided no salvation for those alive before the cross because the New Testament was not in effect.  Hebrews 9 is describing a common practice that is still in effect today.  The person has a will and last testament leaving all their worldly goods and possessions to their heirs.  The will is of no effect until the person dies.  If your name is listed in a will to inherit property, that property is not yours until the person dies that is leaving the property to you.  A person could be in a will to inherit millions of dollars and live as pauper in a shack barely able to survive.  The millions of dollars in the will is not theirs until the person in the will dies.  This is the same way with the Lord Jesus Christ, New Testament salvation is not in effect until Jesus Christ dies on the cross at Calvary.

Hebrews 9:14 (KJV) How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
Hebrews 9:15 (KJV) ¶ And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
Hebrews 9:16 (KJV) For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.
Hebrews 9:17 (KJV) For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.
Hebrews 9:18 (KJV) Whereupon neither the first testament was dedicated without blood.
Hebrews 9:19 (KJV) For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people,
Hebrews 9:20 (KJV) Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you.

Calvinism and the Sovereignty of God

Calvinists do not understand that man has a will and that God is sovereign no matter what man chooses with his will.  God’s will for man during the church age is that man would believe the gospel of Jesus Christ and be saved.  If that man refuses the will of God then God’s will for that man is that he will go to hell for rejecting the gospel of Jesus Christ.  No matter what the man chooses, God gets his way and his will.  This is what the Bible teaches.

John 3:16 (KJV) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

God’s will is “that whosoever believeth in him should not perish” and have “everlasting life.”  Those that will not “believeth in him” will perish in hell.  You have the two wills of God for “whosoever” in John 3:16.  The “whosoever” is not limited to the elect in John 3:16.  Whosoever means whosoever.  God will have his will one way or another.

For God so loved the elect, that he gave his only begotten Son, that the elect after being born again by irresistible grace believeth in him should not perish, but have perseverance of the saints.  This is the Calvinist version of John 3:16.

One of the great things about understanding the sovereign will of God is one does not have to twist Scripture to fit Calvinism.  One can just let the Bible stand as it is and mean what it says.Save

The Lord Jesus Christ is a Dispensationalist

The Lord Jesus Christ is a dispensationalist.  The proof of this is in the King James Bible.  In Luke 4:18-19 the Lord Jesus Christ is reading Isaiah 61:1-2 from the Old Testament.  He stops after reading “To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.  This is in mid-sentence of Isaiah 61:2.  The Lord Jesus Christ stops here because he is a dispensationalist.  He stops reading at the end of the part about the first coming of Christ and does not read the part about the second coming of Christ.  The next part of the sentence that he does not read says “and the day of vengeance of our God”.  This is the second coming of Christ.  Jesus Christ splits the verse between the first coming of Christ and the second coming of Christ.  Jesus Christ is a dispensationalist.  I chose to follow the Lord Jesus Christ and be a dispensationalist like the Lord Jesus Christ is.

Luke 4:18 (KJV) The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
Luke 4:19 (KJV) To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

Isaiah 61:1 (KJV) ¶ The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
Isaiah 61:2 (KJV) To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

I am a Dispensationalist Because the Bible is a Dispensational Book

The Bible is a dispensational book.  There are right divisions to be made in the Bible.  If one does not make right divisions in the Bible then there will be contradictions in the Bible.  The Bible gives us a command in 2 Timothy 2:15 to rightly divide the word of truth.  This is how one learns and understands the Bible by rightly dividing the word of truth.  One learns the Bible by studying differences in the Bible and rightly dividing things that are different.  This will eliminate the contradictions.

2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV) Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

2 Timothy 2:15 is only in the King James Bible.  All other bible versions change this verse. This verse is the key to understanding the Bible and this is why all other bibles have been changed, so you will not understand the Bible.  There is no key to understanding the Bible in other versions.

The Passover Lamb – When Did Jesus Die? By Perry Demopoulos

The Passover Lamb

 When did Jesus Die?

In Light of the Bible

 By Perry Demopoulos

B.D., Th.M., Th.D.

(Missionary to Ukraine and Former Soviet Russia since 1992)

Preface

Our practice has been and always will be to use the absolute, infallible word of God preserved in the Authorized Version of the King James Bible 1611 in the international language of English. We make no apologies for this especially to any Greek and Hebrew scholars of this Laodicean period of the church age. All of the modern translations have perverted and twisted many of God’s words to prove their own heresies.

Introduction

The subject we are about to discuss is probably one of the most controversial subjects of Christendom. Among the ranks of all the professions of “Christianity” (that is, if you are to believe that Roman Catholicism and the Orthodoxism are Christian) the dozens of denominations have their private interpretations as to what Passover is, what it is not, who should celebrate it, and who should not. There are approximately 900 million Roman Catholics, and about 300 million Orthodox, most of which will die and go to hell. They are taught that good works, tradition, etc., are necessary for salvation. Nothing could be further from the truth. In this age, the church age, salvation is a FREE GIFT, without any works (Rom. 4, Eph. 2:8, 9).

In this little booklet we are going to take up the subject when did the Lord Jesus Christ die on the cross and when was His resurrection.
